The scope of work moves forward at your pace with no pressure and ability to stop at any time.
$60 hourly rate with a minimum $500 starting fee. Starting fee is paid as a security deposit which goes towards overall invoice balance. Can work on an hour by hour basis as needed.
Assessing only necessary upgrades, working with existing furniture, creating key design elements, introducing new major/minor FF&E specifications, paint selection.
All approved FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) specs will be shared directly to the client via a live link PDF. Client will purchase, track orders and install on their own. All installation dimensions will be provided by the designer.
FF&E installation is not included. Our team’s professional furniture builder/installer can be added on as an upgrade or contracted directly by the client.

A fixed fee to be determined by scope of work (i.e number of rooms, number of specifications, level of design). Not to exceed by an agreed completion date. 50% security deposit required to begin work.
Identifying design goals, curated mood boards, creating key design elements, introducing new major/minor FF&E specifications, paint selection, floor plans, elevations, 3D models and renderings.
All approved FF&E specs will be packaged in the mood board for the client. The designer will purchase, manage orders and professionally install for the client.
The designer and builder will manage and install all FF&E (excluding electrical). We ensure secure attachments and high-level professional execution.
